My experience from start to finish was seamless. I researched online and was able to find storage sense and navigate their website with ease, I stopped in and received great customer service. It was a quick and easy process to sign up for a unit and after getting my unit the access to facility and unit was easy, I never had a problem entering or leaving. Upon clearing out my unit, it was then a seamless process to call and advise I no longer need storage. I received a confirmation email thereafter and will definitely utilize storage sense for all my needs in the future.

Moving stuff out but when i was exiting two trucks came through the gate once my code opened it from the inside to get out...The first truck a long haired man with a hell front vanity plate who screamed "get out of my way, azzhole"..which was ironic because the gate opened for me, not him. Noticed people slip thru at times, probably have the code and the gate is really slow but that was weird.Tried to call office to notify about 3ish yesterday but no answer. (Not their fault.)
