I think they offer a free truck for your move when you rent a unit, but I suggest verifying that info first just to be sure. It’s a reasonable and local storage space. There is even a dog park across the street.

The storage facility recently experienced a flood that was at least 1 - 2 feet high (my guess). It affected the entire first floor and thus damaged so many people's personal belongings. I threw out at least half of my furniture. I don't think the management handled this with the care and urgency it required, seeing that people lost A LOT of stuff, and the emotional toll it takes to see your personal belongings gone. Although the staff on the reception were nice, but not all of them were professional enough to handle an issue like this. Offering a free bin collection and one month off to move to another unit on the next floor was not enough, and the way one of the junior managers communicated it like they were already doing a lot was really frustrating. There was barely any clear communication to their plans. I was informed last minute, by accident, that they were moving us all to the second floor. It was just a total mess and the staff are ill equipped from a managerial perspective, and with no resources I assume. I don't understand why we weren't provided with bins inside the facilities, or proper trash bags, and anything else we needed. The staff were trying their best but unfortunately it wasn't enough for people who had ALL their belongings outside of their units trying to figure out what to do with all the damage, the wet units, and the mold. The facilities are not up to standard, and it's located in a flood zone, so watch out. If you don't have another choice, I would advise to rent on the 2nd floor and make sure you pay for insurance.

I recently visited this storage facility with a coworker to put some items in the storage unit the company rents while there we realized we didn’t have the key . While waiting for someone to cut the lock I went to the office which was some ways from the unit we rent I have a bladder problem which causes me to have to use the bathroom urgently when I switch temperatures “ going from outside to inside “ etc. when I reached the office I politely asked if they had a public restroom mrs medina told me they didn’t have a restroom I informed her of my urgent situation and responded do you have and employee bathroom I could use since the remote location of the storage facility would not allow to go to another location to use a restroom and could she make and exception she replied arrogantly we don’t have any bathrooms. I said what do you use during your work shift she said she doesn’t use the bathroom the other male employee said he goes home to use it and laughed since my need to use the bathroom wouldn’t allow me the luxury to engage in any further dialogue I rushed outside to to find somewhere to relieve myself before I urinated on myself I look right and left for a secluded spot I found what appeared to be and abandoned loading dock since I saw trash and over growth having no other choice I darted and urinated when I came back in she began to yell about where I used the bathroom and then proceeded to call the cops this was a ridiculous for her to have no compassion for my situation the cops came gave me a summons and according to him the first he ever had to give out and told how ridiculous this lady was being . In this climate of political unrest I’m glad I got 2 officers who treated me with respect and patience but as a Blackman I was so scared this could have been a bad situation the restroom act aka Ally’s law was established to prevent these types of embarrassing incidents i would not recommend this business to anyone. It’s obvious the management is in unethical uneducated and prejudiced against people of color because the only reason I can think of for her to act so aggressively is because of my skin and the way I was dressed since we we’re moving equipment

I’ve been a renter since 2016. Staff has been consistently easy to deal with throughout the years. Today I needed to consolidate two units. Reese was exceptionally helpful and informative. I’ve recommended Compass before and would do so again.

I was able to find a ground floor 15x20 unit with a loading dock on short notice. Best of all Melanie was a pleasure to work with and helped me find some promotions that helped reduce the cost. I did inform staff very apologetic and took $50 off my next month bill .I arrive today 7/17/2022 I saw a mouse and a roach in my storage room I advised Reese and she will put in order for an a exterminator . I ended up renting another unit to make sure they weren’t anymore bugs mouses or rodents . People are living there , cooking food and just a lot of unsanitary things which is probably what is causing it . But I appreciate Reese and all her help so very much but she had limits that she cant fulfill so I knew to reach out to you guys . Thanks
