Compass Self Storage facility is almost as awesome as it’s manager, Heather! She did a great job getting us “checked in”, answered all our questions and made all of our worries about hurricanes, lock-outs and the possibility of the zombie apocalypse go away. Awesome place, and awesome job, Heather!

I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at the Frederick Small Rd, Jupiter, Compass Storage! The staff was very helpful when I found myself in a pinch and accommodated me with bottom floor storage, close to the door, air conditioned and clean. I ended up needing an additional unit once everything was moved. They were able to immediately get me another unit without a problem with the same features as the first unit. In addition, I felt safe when I had to stop by the unit, and the staff were always friendly, and working with a smile.

Compass Self Storage was the best of all the storage facilities I visited! The facility is immaculate and has state-of-the-art security. The units all have electronic locks and motion sensors inside. The Customer Service is OUTSTANDING! Melissa and Heather were incredibly helpful and did everything they could to make it a very smooth process. I highly recommend this professional establishment.

Staff was beyond helpful over the phone with my many questions. We called multiple locations in the area and this location won us over due to professionalism of staff and cleanliness of grounds. In person the service continued by all staff on site each visit. We look forward to storing our goods here and feeling that we are in a safe well maintained location for our items to be stored.

That’s refreshing in this day and age. Also, love the high tech nature of this facility, it makes getting in and our super easy and convenient. Highly recommend this storage facility.
