Although the staff is very professional and friendly, the fact that they DO NOT notify unit holders of their rat problem is unacceptable. The facility appears clean and well kept but it is INFESTED with rats and this is evident when you see the large rat baits along the storage area walls. It is also troublesome that they make sure to denounce ANY responsibility of rodent damages within the contract and the insurance payment that is offered is miniscule. It is at this point that I would say that they are Not a place ANYONE should store their belongings.

I put her BRAND NEW WELL COVERED, QUADRUPLE WRAPPED FURNITURE (pull out couch, king mattress, head board, foot board, dining room table + 4 chairs, office furniture) EXPENSIVE HOME DECOR, APPLIANCES (Washer, Dryer other home gadgets) , ELECTRONICS, OVER 5k IN CLOTHES ALONE, VALUABLES, A PLETHORA OF IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS and MORE … into this $400 a month storage just to come there today to move these BRAND NEW ITEMS into my new home , just to find it COVERED in MOLD, TORN/EATEN TO SHREDS, SPRINKLED WITH RAT POO + URINE STAINS SO BIG & SO STRONG EVEN THE WORKER BACKED TF UP . & I know for a FACT this store was/is aware of this rat infestation that they failed to mention to ANY of their paying customers… bc when I arrived there are rat traps the size of HAMSTERS lined up down each aisle!!! The worker tried to lie and say neighboring tenants could’ve brought mice and then later admitted they come from the surrounding Forrest & have BEEN invading the area. Oh & the amazing insurance they talk you into investing in that’s sooooo good for your items protection ? Yea , well they only offered $400!! For the amount of square footage that one room had, you all really think $400 is an adequate reimbursement for OVER 10k WORTH OF DAMAGE that YOU have caused?! This is the WORSE place to do business with. If you or any loved ones have items here , go get your things NOW… but I guarantee you it’s probably too late! I will be escalating this further.
