Always quick in responding. Never had an issue with staff. We were surprised we didn't have any bugs or rodents after it sat so long. Just tells me that they keep a clean facility. Only downside was the people beside us were typically across the line. With a large 5th wheel and long bed truck, it was difficult enough to get in/out, without them being so close. Overall, highly recommend!

During our most recent visit (1-29-24) Frank was especially helpful while we waited for a service person to arrive. We feel our RV is very secure with the fencing around the property and cameras protecting the lot. It’s hard to get a spot here, as it’s reasonably priced and includes electricity. Initially, I was skeptical of my need for a 40’ storage bay for a 12’ utility trailer but the manager gave me a 15 day trial period in a non-covered stall at 50% off the monthly rate. Since then I’ve bought a 16’ cargo trailer and can’t imagine my life without an occasional storage place for my RV plus two additional trailers.. I like the 24/7 access. I’ve had no issues with other tenants, unaccounted for damage, or missing items. This is a well-oiled, smooth running business. Manager Juju is always been eager to help.
