We have visited rental places where the front desk worker seemed to lack the ability to problem solve with us when we’re having issues and was unable to manage our rental situation well. Luke made renting a U-Haul and storage unit an easy process! He answered all of my questions (I had a lot)! The U-Haul I rented was clean and ran well. The storage facility is clean and I felt safe storing my belongings in the unit. Definitely recommending to all of my friends and family!

Amazing place, always clean , secure with electric gate , easy to access even with a trailer , the place has a lot of space , when you are loading or unloading from your storage , you don’t have to worry about blocking someone and the best part is the staff that works there are always friendly and happy to help ,they have top level customer service. Definitely recommend it, people from Fort Worth Roanoke, Trophy club and near cities this is the place.

The manager Luke was super helpful. He answered all of our questions, and helped us find the best solution, for our needs.

Extremely disappointed with the whole experience. Luke is friendly but I rented an RV unit with power. The power never worked. A month after I moved in they dropped the rates for “new customers” while raising mine. Classic bait and switch. I gave ample notice to move out but was charged another full month’s rent. I left multiple messages about getting the prorated amount back and no one ever returns my calls. I had high hopes because they are close to home. If you have empty spaces, raising rates will only ensure you have more empty spaces.

I’m giving this a five star review ONLY because of Paul S. My son and I Moved from Florida to Texas and this was the location to drop off our Penske rental. Prior to dropping off The truck, we had to drop off the car trailer in order to unload the truck. We got permission from a manager ( Caleb super nice guy) to just leave it outside of the gate since the storage was closed. When we arrived on Saturday to drop off the truck, a girl named Ariel was working the front desk. She was not pleasant from the beginning. She did not greet me when I walked through the front door. So I told her I’m here to drop off the Penske truck and also want to make sure that my car trailer gets checked in as well as no one was here at the time we dropped it off. She said, “I’m going to need him ( my son) to hook that back up to the truck because the gentleman that does that is not here today” I said it is 110° outside and no one told us this. I also explained a gas situation to her and to make a long story short after telling her she rolled her eyes and said “I’m going to need to make a phone call because I’ve never heard of this before“ After speaking to the other representative that she called that wasn’t helpful either, I hung up, and I just started taking names. When I asked Ariel for her Name, she Hesitated and scrunched her face up and gave it to me reluctantly. I went home and got on the phone with Corporate And requested a call from the manager who oversaw this location. I called back again on Monday as I still have not heard from a manager. Later that afternoon I received a call from Paul S. Who was very helpful!! Not only was he VERY nice, he resolved the gas situation and was very apologetic for the experience that I received from compass storage.“No customer should be treated this way and I’m sorry you had to go through that” I called on Friday, sat, sun prior to all of this and asked several people to have a manager call me back and Paul is the only one that called me back, I can’t thank him enough for what he did for me and the wonderful customer service he provided!!! As for Ariel… Bad attitudes won’t help your business. It only hurts it. I will definitely continue on with Penske , but I will never step foot in Compass storage again as long as she is working there. Thank you again Paul!

I am not really sure what has happened to the quality of customer service but it has gone way down. It is really frustrating when no one is ever there, the door is locked during open hours and no one returns calls after leaving a message. The young lady on duty is not friendly and doesn't seem to want to help when she is there. I miss Chad. He was amazing. Very unhappy. No one ever answers the phone. It is very frustrating Poor service lately. I am just trying to get the amount due for July for the unit. I haven't received the email with the invoice.

I am not really sure what has happened to the quality of customer service but it has gone way down. It is really frustrating when no one ie ever there, the door is locked during open hours and no one returns calls after leaving a message. I need to transfer to a smaller unit. The young lady on duty is not friendly and doesn't seem to want to help when she is there. I miss Chad. He was amazing. Very unhappy. I need to change units this Saturday and am not sure if there will be help available. Poor service lately.

The young lady at the desk was very rude the entire process on the phone and in person. She acted as if she didn’t want to be at work over the holiday weekend. Kept asking for a certain time to make sure she would be there bc she said she was leaving early. I had to call pensky multiple times in order to speak to a representative bc she wouldn’t answer the phone in office. She stayed on her cell the entire time I was in office. When speaking to her she was rolling her eyes and kept getting an attitude. The young man that rented our Penske truck the day prior was great and very nice. The young woman ruined the experience for us.

Luke was fantastic. Definitely worth your while and they will absolutely take care of you.

Great experience! We needed a moving truck day after U-Haul tried some shady business by changing our reservation last minute. We reached out to Compass and Luke and Arianna were professional and super helpful. We reached out in the morning and they had no truck available, but reached out to us later on the day to let us know that they had a truck available. They saved us a major headache. Definitely recommend if you need a moving truck.

Chad, has an outgoing personality and he is very helpful. He went out of his way to park our 26 ft box truck with a car dolly that had limited space to park. He is very cheerful. Because of his great customer service, we rented out a storage place for our boxes. I will continue to do business with them. Chad explains everything and is very patient. He should be the manager for that location.
