Barbara in the office knows her stuff, answered all of my questions, and was super courteous regarding the truck, showed me safety precautions regarding the ramp on said truck, how the charging process works, etc. Place has cameras everywhere and monitoring at all times outside the units so you know if you decide to leave your stuff with them, they'll keep an eye out.

Stopped into the Wilder location today to size a unit and get pricing. Was greeted by Rob, whom was friendly and eager to help. Immediately offered to take me to see a unit so that I could judge what size works best for my needs. Unit was clean and climate controlled. Rob explained in detail answers to my questions. I was not planning on renting a unit today, and wasnt settled on Compass due to a few reviews I had read online, but his assistance made the decision easy.
