There was a drastic rate increase every 6 months. Other than that we were very pleased. Facility is clean, well kept with good security and friendly customer service. They only lost our business because they kept raising the rates to the point our garage became a better choice for storage.

Chris made renting our U-Haul super easy and quick. He was very friendly as well. We will definitely be back for our next rental!

I really can't express my family's gratitude for the service and understanding we experienced in our almost 4 years of dealing with Compass Storage in Ocala. My brother experienced a health crisis in the Fall of 2019 and we had to empty his home of 30 years in a week. Compass was very helpful in assisting in the selecting the right unit and cooperative with the moving company that we hired. Since we live 3000 miles away they have been very responsive to any concerns or questions we have had. We have felt very comfortable with the security and concern they were providing. When we decided to ship my brother's possessions to Seattle, so we could sort through them, the staff was very cooperative with the various arrangements we had to make. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

My family and I used Compass Self Storage after a recent move. The units are clean and very well maintained. There is plenty of space and parking as well for loading and unloading. The staff is incredibly helpful and always friendly. We are thrilled with the service we have received at Compass. We have security knowing our items are safely stored and protected. I've noticed at OTHER facilities, there would be critters and spiders; however I've never encountered any uninvited creatures at Compass Self Storage. I would highly recommend Compass to anyone looking for convenient storage space.

Great experience thus far. Have used them in past in Orlando and Sarasota florida. I am sure it will as good as it was in the past with them.
