Big scam they charge you different rates after you drop off the truck, I rented for 6 hours and returned in 4 and they charged me 2 days!!!! Also fuel service fee of $30 + fuel gallon amount they have charged me $40 per 8 gallon when I only spent 100 miles and had recharge with $30 still been ripped off, I am talking to uhal to see what can I get back but it seems like they are a robbery place careful!!!

Great customer service! Vicky was amazing and extremely helpful. She worked with me to cover my needs and get the right space. Her kindness and cheerful spirit is a breath of fresh air. Sade also is very kind and helpful. I was impressed with the staff. One bummer is that you cannot access your unit outside of the office hours. Also be sure to ask when quoted about a unit if it's on the ground floor, as if not, you have to utilize a step ladder (something like you see employees using at Home Depot) to get to your unit. Great prices, clean and there is a good amount of rolling carts to assist with loading/unloading.

Great place a has everything including truck rental and supplies. I was given my first month free

Everything is good except for the unit don't have lights in them and that would be great if they put some in.
