I have travel trailer that uses not electric or hand carts or and thing else except a 20 x8 gravel spot. And it goes up every 3 months. Everytime they lose clients they raise the price, losing more clients and then raising the price. I found an other place about the same distance from us and $100 cheaper. That's $1200 a year. I've already gave Compass notice canceling our space for may.

I have dealt with Compass storage for a long time. The employees are always ver pleasant and helpful. Debbie is one of my favorites lol as I mostly dealt with her in the past. The only gripe I have this time around is having to pay a $25 admin fee. I don’t agree with this at all. See below about admin fees. Admin fee: This is a fee you pay up front when signing your lease. It's usually about $15 and is non-refundable. Some storage facilities may throw in a free lock with this or waive it if you sign up for online bill pay

The manager Debbie is the best ever! I came in to price a unit and ended up purchasing/ renting one because debbie was so friendly and nice. Not like public storage with their rude customer service. Debbie was quick to get me in and out and help me get on my way quickly. And has accommodated me even when running behind on my bill.

I've had more than one storage units at Compass Self Storage, a small unit which was surprisingly roomy and able to hold more than I expected. Also one of the biggest units, that's climate controlled, I don't remember the exact measurements, but it holds the contents of a 4 bedroom house with no problem. The unit's height was plenty high and with the help of the climate control it keeps the air from smelling stale or musty, everything smells as good coming out a few years later as it did going in. They have plenty large carts to help you move your things in and out, and all the units are easy to access. Debbie and Cathy in the front office are the best, and always so helpful with everything. I highly recommend Compass Self Storage if you need to rent a storage unit. Deb Kelly

I have been a customer of Compass Self Storage for several years, and have rented various quantities of storage spaces. The level of customer service there is amazing. They have always been extremely responsive to my request, and willing to help no matter how busy they were. I would be remiss if I didn’t acknowledge the leadership of their manager Debbie, she sets the golf standard for customer service and is the reason I’ve been a customer there for so many years. High recommend this facility.

Love the storage unit,the staff is very friendly & it's very clean.I love their little customer community room with a coffee bar with not only internet access but also computers if you need it.As far as units goes they have all sizes & everything from outdoor drive up units to inside or climate control ones.They offer elevator access for 2nd floor units which I definitely appreciate & that elevator is huge!The only thing I don't like & wish was different is the rates. Compared to other places I feel like the rates/monthly rent is a little on the higher end here.At this place they can raise their fees/rent at any time they want to.For the past 2 1/2 yrs my rent has been increased a few times & recently it went up by quite a lot. But therefore they do provide excellent service which you might not get anywhere else at the cheaper places.I would definitely recommend this place of you're looking for storage units.

debbie.. debbie, debbie!!! she was the reason i went with this storage facility, she makes you feel so welcome and she’s great with kids she gave my daughter a little cookie and a little toy flower which may not sound like a lot, but it entertained my daughter in an empty space where she was starting to get ancy after just a few minutes, for my parents out there you know how that can be! lol but great clean space with average competitive prices but you definitely get better quality for your buck here over the other places.

Our remote leasing process allows us to safely rent to our tenants, without our tenants having to come in to our rental office or interact directly with facility management. Please note, our facility management is still on site. We are able to offer a wide range of options to rent remotely including but not limited to; tenants' ability to tour the facility without management while utilizing site maps, tenants' ability to complete the rental process over the phone, tenants' ability to complete rental documents utilizing email, tenants' ability to purchase merchandise and utilize truck rental service without management interaction. We are taking advantage of technology and the use of our phones to safely walk our tenants through the entire rental process while practicing social distancing.
