Renting a climate-controlled storage unit from Compass Self Storage was quick, efficient, and dare I say enjoyable! The manager, Kelly, very clearly laid out my options for a storage unit and listened patiently as I listed the items I will be storing. He allowed me to view available units and apprised me of a special going on that helped save me some money. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and polite. The facilities themselves are extremely clean and obviously well-maintained. The unit I chose looked brand new. I’ve used several self-serve storage companies in the past, but none are managed and maintained as well as Compass. I highly recommend this Compass location!

Ian made the difference. I had reserved another 10x10 at a location further away for half price. Good deal but it was short term. Ian took the time to show me a couple of different choices and walked me through the process. Next day I returned to provide my info and to see the space the website gave me. Ian took me to the space and even opened some other ones to ease my minds eye. The unit felt smaller but Ian explained that not all units are not created the same as there will be variations but not significant. He knew I will be back often and recommended the unit that was on the backside may be cooler as it has climate controlled units above. I was sold but mainly due to his efforts and transparency. I know he will work with me to keep me happy in the long run. Great service, transparency on details and honesty! Can't beat that!

wow, I'll probably run out of characters before i can express my appreciation for this storage facility, most especially Ian. I had a crazy, 3 state move that began in Georgia, then Lexington KY and ended in Gainesville GA. Remotely, I had to arrange storage for most of my worldly possessions for over a year while I did a year long layover in Jackson MS! The staff here helped with it all and even kept the keys to my unit until I finally made it back to Georgia! Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable....a breath of fresh air!!!! Thank you so much! I had vacated my unit at another location and could not get anyone to answer the phone, so I could inform them of this—saw this number and called not knowing it was a different location, but I’m so glad I did. Andre emailed the other location to inform them of my need and even copied me in the email. He could have easily just told me to call the other location again, but he didn’t. I truly appreciate him and am happy to know great people still exist! Thanks again Andre for being an amazing person!

I had several climate controlled units of my home furnishings while living out of state for 5 yrs, at a cost of almost $10,000.00 total When the boxes and furnishings were unpacked, there were rat remains and chewings, and furniture was weather warped. It's obvious that the unit did not maintain a reasonable climate for extended periods of time. Also obvious the visible rat traps were also not maintained. It's my suggestion to find another place to store your treasures!
