Only complaint I have would be the 2 times a year increase in price. This seems a little extreme, as it doesn’t encourage long term tenants. However, you can move into a new unit to get back to the present new contract price. Just a bit of a hassle.

This is a mixed review! Great people, clean facility, and decent prices. I would feel remiss if I didn’t mention that booking on-line was non existent. They use an inferior software to DocuPrint. I filled things out and still requires extra time to do it again in the office. It appears this is new and had glitches.

We are able to offer a wide range of options to rent remotely including but not limited to; tenants' ability to tour the facility without management while utilizing site maps, tenants' ability to complete the rental process over the phone, tenants' ability to complete rental documents utilizing email, tenants' ability to purchase merchandise and utilize truck rental service without management interaction.
