I rented a truck from the Compass Self Storage location in Cleveland to help move into our new house. Jennifer was unbelievably helpful and professional. We had some issues with truck availability but she quickly resolved them and went above and beyond with customer service. She turned what could’ve been a difficult day into an easy one and we were able to get everything moved on time. Definitely recommend if you need to rent a truck.

I had to rent an additional unit recently due to my expanding business and the entire process took 10 minutes tops. Great conversation, clean environment and very dependable storage facility. I have been here a few years and I don't plan on relocating any time soon.

There were also damages to the Penske truck when we picked it up, and Lauren promised us he would mark them down so we would not be penalized.
