And Jamie was more than kind enough to help and got me squared away without a hitch!!! If you have storage needs as well as great customer service needs, this is the place and Jamie is the face you want to meet!!! — Just want to add that since I first rented a unit all the way until I finally moved all of my things out, Jamie was incredible! She is understanding, informative, kind and caring, and just a pleasure to have been able to speak with her whether it was just a conversation or an issue I needed resolved!! Especially when the elevator wasn’t working and I had to carry most of my things up two flights, she made sure the elevator was in tact by the time I had to move in the heavy stuff!! If I ever need to place my things in storage again, I will be coming back to Compass Storage because great service is hard to find and Jamie’s attitude was just awesome about everything!! I called Tuesday night spoke with Jaime she was sweet and professional set an appointment to see the place. Met with Moises the next day, he was professional polite. So the staff there are great. It took longer than I expected to set it up and they ran into a snafu with activating my pin. So I need to head in during the time Jaime is there so I can get that fixed. But it's not a huge deal since I plan on being their then anyway.

Compass Storage seems like a very solid company as well. They have 24hr surveillance and even a hands free app for access. And though we didn’t need these items they had plenty of packing supplies and I believe they rent out U Hauls as well. Would definitely recommend overall.
