Okay, there are plenty of units that are climate controlled. However, even though I have consistently paid my bill early, and even though I've been with them since January I think 2019, my monthly fees began at $159 and increased every 6 months!!?. Next month I would have been paying $290+ if I had stayed. I have been consistently punished by being so faithful at paying on time that over the years they have increased my rent buy a whopping 82.39%!!! And that's not all... I moved my stuff out of there today, Febuary 5th 2024 with 16 days remaining before my next payment would have been due. The prorated amount they owe me is $135.26, but the District Manager, Lyndon Spleen, has refused to reimburse me on the grounds that it's just not something they do - not their policy. So, not only do their contracts not mention the fact that you can count on an increase every six months, but if you leave early they will still keep your money. So much greed! It's thievery! I never checked until today but according to the Better Business Bureau their rating is a solid F!! This has been such a horrible experience that I even wrote a letter to Ben Has Your Back from WCVB TV in the hopes that he can get my money. But he never contacted me. ? I just don't want anyone else to get ripped off like this. Who knows how many people this has happened to. PLEASE BEWARE!!!

The owner Moises is very kind and courteous as well as the staff. Clean and well maintained place to store my items. Highly recommended EDIT: I have had this unit for 4 years. Although the service was always good and the site clean the consistent rate raises over the past 4 years have gone from 89$ a month to now nearly 300$ a month. I will be emptying out my unit after the most recent hike. It's unfortunate they punish loyal customers with a consistent rate hike every 3 months without fail. Great if you need short term storage but don't go here for anything long term. It will cost you a fortune.

I put my things in here 3 weeks ago and I went there a few days ago to get some things and got them home and found rat droppings all over my stuff. That's disgusting. I called to complain and was told that's why we have u get insurance. They gave me the number to file a claim. I'm very upset. I have nice things in there. I won't ever use this place again.

Jamie was awesome!!! I had some issues with renting a unit online and I called the location right away to see if they could assist. And Jamie was more than kind enough to help and got me squared away without a hitch!!! If you have storage needs as well as great customer service needs, this is the place and Jamie is the face you want to meet!!! — Just want to add that since I first rented a unit all the way until I finally moved all of my things out, Jamie was incredible! She is understanding, informative, kind and caring, and just a pleasure to have been able to speak with her whether it was just a conversation or an issue I needed resolved!! Especially when the elevator wasn’t working and I had to carry most of my things up two flights, she made sure the elevator was in tact by the time I had to move in the heavy stuff!! If I ever need to place my things in storage again, I will be coming back to Compass Storage because great service is hard to find and Jamie’s attitude was just awesome about everything!! I called Tuesday night spoke with Jaime she was sweet and professional set an appointment to see the place. Met with Moises the next day, he was professional polite. So the staff there are great. It took longer than I expected to set it up and they ran into a snafu with activating my pin. So I need to head in during the time Jaime is there so I can get that fixed. But it's not a huge deal since I plan on being their then anyway.

Jamie is the general manager and we would recommend this business based on her customer service alone! She was very nice and informative and accommodating. Compass Storage seems like a very solid company as well. They have 24hr surveillance and even a hands free app for access. And though we didn’t need these items they had plenty of packing supplies and I believe they rent out U Hauls as well. Would definitely recommend overall.
