Very helpful staff! They go the extra mile. Renters can get annoying… they park and unload right in front of the doors blocking other renters and go upstairs leaving their vehicles and crap blocking the doors. Or they use all the flat beds and then leave them upstairs so no one can use them. The staff should get a raise for having to deal with them.

Chuck and Bryan are very helpful and customer service is their priority. It is easy to come in and out to use the unit. clean and safe. Highly recommend.

Me and my friend were looking for a u-haul to rent, it was a sudden event since we have to move some furnitures that day, and we found this place because it was the closest one to our location. We met Chuck and he gave us all the help that we needed, he also has a great personality and very friendly so it's very easy to communicate with him. Have to say the best experience I had in a long time. Arron was very knowledgeable and friendly and didn’t up sell me on anything. Stacy was friendly and helpful. Nice and pleasant. Will be getting my storage unit soon. Even that it’s a little farther away from my home. I will be using them again for all my moving needs. Quotes to both of them.

I have had a unit here for three years and now the place is so disgusting because they got rid of the people that were really good at cleaning the place

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The building is always clean and tidy. It's conveniently located and easily accessible.

Met with the Manager Michael who presented us a wonderful solution to our storage needs. He was fair, equitable and most of all personable and endearing. His attitude is spectacular at best and his temperament is professional and encouraging. As a co-collector in rare books I stumble across a treasure that leads to a history of new discoveries. This is the chase and the allure of such a profession. It is my dearest belief that this storage facility, with Michael’s leadership, is akin to this treasure.

We definitely found one of the BEST! Location, value, availability, ease of renting, FANTASTIC customer service… They also have about anything you might need to purchase stocked right there in their store (from locks to furniture covers, boxes, packing materials snd more.). We even took advantage of renting one of the U-Haul vans they had on site which saved us from having to rent one from somewhere else…thus saving gas and time!. We’ve used other storage companies and this is by far our best experience. Michael (there on site) will take great care of you!

Worst experience by far .. thieves .. got the nerve to tell me ( I THOUGHT YOU ABANDONED THE UNIT ) that was a good enough excuse to enter my storage and pick and chose of it ( phones ,jewelry , electronics .. ) then tell me I got 6 minutes to clean it up .. I won the unit on Storage Treasures and every 1 I ever won I’ll get a code for 48 to 72 hours ( depend on what is stated) BUT this one NO .. I have to come based on their schedule. PATHETIC AND THIEVES Never ever again will I bid on anything that have a Compass Self Storage on it .
