We spoke with Maria and she was very compassionate and empathetic to our situation. She was beyond helpful and definitely went over and beyond what she needed to do. Maria is most definitely an asset to compass storage. Thank you so much Maria, You are a very sweet person and my husband and I really do appreciate how much time you took with us and actually cared about what we were saying to you. As well as making sure that we got the unit that we needed for our belongings.

Maria was a pleasure and a joy to work with! Even just talking to her over the phone before I met her in person, I knew I liked her! When I went in to sign everything, they were having "technical problems" with linking their printers, but, as stressed as she was about it, she handled it very well! Then, when the unit she first assigned me had problems locking the door, we had to go back to the office and pretty much start over again! But, again, Maria handled it well!! And even though she knew I only need a storage unit for a couple of weeks, and she gave me every break that she could. I will definitely give Compass & Maria an A+, and rent from them for any future needs!

We rented a couple of different units over the course of 3 years with overall good experience. They did raise the prices a few times during our time and the gate was often broken but fixed within a few days.

Later on I let the manager Maria and she was just as friendly. I got great service and a awesome deal! Today is 10/10 I came back because I needed a larger unit. Chelsea was able to help me without an hesitation or interruption. Compass has truly been a blessing we have relocated from NY and Compass storage made everything easier including the price 5 stars all the way.

After our unit was emptied, I could not locate my favorite 60 year old rocking chair which had definitely been on the truck from Virginia. I contacted the VA moving company with a photo and they had no clue. On a whim, I emailed Leslie, the manager of this Compass location, with a "shot in the dark" question. I was astounded when she said they found the chair in the hall a year earlier and had been hanging on to it hoping the owner would come along! Leslie even loaded my chair into my car! I highly recommend this storage facility.
